BRB - Bandung Real-Estate Benchmark

Project Overview

This project, BRB (Bandung Real-Estate Benchmark), is a data-driven expert system designed to evaluate house price fairness in Bandung using Fuzzy Logic Mamdani. The journey began in Google Colab, where listing data from 2024 was analyzed to establish market benchmarks for land area, facilities, and pricing. Using the skfuzzy library, an inference engine was developed to transform subjective real estate variables into a precise Fairness Index. The logic was then integrated into a modern Streamlit web application, featuring an immersive UI with real-time computation capabilities. Finally, the project was deployed via Streamlit Community Cloud, providing a professional and accessible tool for users to validate property valuations against authentic 2024 market trends.
